I've reviewed the Reference and the topics in the FAQ, but I still have a question: Is there a recommended model/Object for uploading a lab report that contains both tabular data and media files? I see that I could build my own from individual properties, but I'd like to follow best practices.

Is it possible for one to create custom Medable notifications from the admin interface that will be sent via email without having a development certificate?
I didn't find example in the docs that shows how to create a custom notification/template and didn't find section for creating custom notifications/templates in the admin portal.
