Custom Fields

Custom fields are a way to add more metadata to your study. The supported custom fields are as follows: Boolean, Number, Date, Date/Time, String. Custom fields are supports on the Study, Task, Step, and Group Objects. The fields show in the custom section at the bottom of the field list on each record. You can add a required attribute to each of those fields and the field will show in the custom fields section as a required field for entry.

Note

When creating custom fields, the custom fields will show on every object you create them on across your studies. It is not study dependent; it is organization dependent.
